Mobile / Full Stack Developer

We're looking for an entrepreneurial, passionate, and driven Mobile Engineer to join Startup Gala Intelligence backed by Navneet Tech Ventures, as our technical co-pilot. As we're building our technology platform from scratch, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape our technology vision, architecture, and engineering culture right from the ground up. You’ll directly contribute to foundational development and establish best practices, while eventually building and leading our engineering team.This role is ideal for someone eager to own the entire tech stack, who thrives on early-stage challenges, and loves building innovative, scalable solutions from day zero.What you'll do:Mobile App Development: Build, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android technologies (or native technologies like Swift/Kotlin/React Native/Flutter if needed).Hands-on Coding: Own end-to-end implementation—writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.API Integration: Connect apps seamlessly with backend services, ensuring smooth data flow and real-time updates.Performance & Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize mobile applications for speed, reliability, and battery efficiency.UI/UX Design & Implementation: Design and translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality user interfaces.Testing & Deployment: Write unit tests, debug issues, and participate in deployment to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product managers, backend engineers, and AI teams to build features that are both technically sound and user-centric.Ownership: Take complete ownership of the mobile stack—including architecture decisions, libraries, and future scalabilityWho you are:Technical Requirements:3+ years of experience in mobile app development in a product based company.Proficiency in Flutter / React Native (or native Android/Kotlin and iOS/Swift development).Strong experience with REST APIs, state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.), and mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).Solid understanding of mobile design principles, UI/UX standards, and responsive design.Experience in deploying apps to the Play Store and App Store, including the release management process.Bonus Points:Experience in performance tuning, offline-first design, or real-time data sync.Exposure to backend systems, fraud detection platforms, or telecom-related APIs.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.Who We Are & Our Culture:Gala Intelligence, backed by Navneet Tech Ventures, is a tech-driven startup dedicated to solving one of the most pressing business challenges—fraud detection and prevention.
