Saantha is a sustainable fashion brand working with 2000+ artisans across Jharkhand, reviving Santhali embroidery, handloom weaving, block printing, and hand painting. Recognized by NITI Aayog as one of India's Top 15 innovative initiatives, we are building contemporary collections inspired by local art forms of Jharkhand.

Position: Designer (Field & Cluster Work)
  • Location: Jamshedpur (initially, with travel to Ranchi and artisan clusters)
  • Salary: ₹25,000–30,000 per month
  • Qualification: NIFT graduate (Textile Design/Fashion Design/Apparel Production preferred)
  • Experience: 1–2 years (freshers with strong field interest can apply)
Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with artisan clusters on design development & product innovation
  • Plan and execute festive & retail collections (sarees, kurta sets, dresses, co-ords, coats & blazers)
  • Coordinate sampling, production timelines, and SKU planning
  • Travel regularly to field sites, ensuring timely design interventions
  • Bridge artisan craft skills with modern retail design needs
