Job Title: Solution Architect Location: Remote (Night Shift) 7 PM to 3 AM IST time Experience: 12 to 19 Years About the Role: We are seeking an accomplished Solution Architect to design and deliver end-to-end enterprise solutions that align with business objectives and drive innovation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, efficient, and future-ready architectures. This role demands a strategic mindset, technical excellence, and the ability to balance business requirements with technology capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Translate complex business and technical requirements into comprehensive, scalable solution architectures that support both current and future enterprise needs. Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to maintain a forward-looking architectural roadmap. Assess the business-IT landscape to identify technical debt, evaluate emerging technologies, and analyze market trends to guide architectural decisions. Define and enforce architectural standards, principles, and patterns to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across the enterprise. Facilitate governance, reviews, and audits to maintain alignment with enterprise strategy and risk management practices. Support lifecycle management of systems and services, including technical risk assessment and mitigation. Drive cross-functional coordination to maintain the technical integrity and operational effectiveness of solutions. Key Deliverables: Ownership of 1–2 major solution initiatives or workstreams per month. Development of 2–3 architecture blueprints or solution design documents monthly. Contribution to 4–6 governance, compliance, or steering committee reports per month. Facilitation of technical design reviews, risk assessments, and architectural decision-making. Tracking of architectural KPIs, solution alignment, and technology risks. Coordination with enterprise-wide product, infrastructure, and business teams. Artifacts / Outputs: Architecture blueprints and detailed solution design documents Technology evaluations and reference models Governance frameworks and compliance checklists Technical debt assessments, roadmap alignment plans, and impact analysis reports Technical Expertise: Front-End Frameworks: React, Angular, Frontastic Cloud & Database: AWS, DynamoDB Proven experience in enterprise solution design and architecture governance Qualifications: Extensive experience as a Solution Architect or in an equivalent role, with a demonstrated record of designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Expertise in architectural standards, patterns, scalable design principles, and lifecycle management. Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Experience in governance frameworks, compliance processes, and technical risk management. Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry best practices to guide strategic architectural decisions.
