Political Social Media Manager/ Associate

About the RoleDock Consulting is seeking a Political Social Media Manager to lead and execute digital communication for high-impact political campaigns. You will be the creative and strategic force behind how leaders, campaigns, and narratives are presented to the public across social media platforms.This role requires strong Tamil proficiency, creativity, and an understanding of political communication.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, plan, and manage social media calendars for political campaignsDevelop creative ideas, scripts, and content concepts suited to Tamil audiencesCoordinate with designers, video editors, and field teams for content productionMonitor trends, sentiment, and narratives across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, WhatsApp, etc.)Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, YouTube, Google Ads)Analyze performance data and produce weekly/monthly insightsEnsure brand consistency, message discipline, and campaign alignmentRespond to political situations in real time with creative, timely contentRequirementsFluency in Tamil (writing, reading, speaking)Strong creativity with ability to generate campaign ideas, slogans, scripts, and visual conceptsExperience with political, social, or public-facing campaigns (preferred)Understanding of Tamil Nadu political landscape and social narrativesKnowledge of digital tools: Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Google Ads, Canva, analytics dashboardsAbility to work under deadlines and manage fast-moving political informationGood communication skills in English (preferred but not mandatory)Preferred TraitsSharp political awarenessStorytelling ability with a creative mindQuick thinkers who can respond to issues in real timeStrong coordination and team management skillsPassion for content, media, and political communicationApply Now👉 Submit your application here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeUTbDKAilS-b6C0IXOirBrq9X2mp_AaSutdzIY9-hzAKSrFg/viewform
