 About Qrios Ventures

Qrios Ventures' arm, Netdex Media, is a creative agency currently spearheading brand building and brand recognition activities through both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) campaigns. This includes impactful brand film production, brand activation, and other innovative marketing initiatives.

 Role Overview

As the Manager – Creative Design, you will lead the creative team to craft compelling brand visuals, digital assets, and product UI elements that resonate with enterprise clients. You'll own the creative vision across marketing, product, and communications, ensuring a consistent, innovative, and impactful design language.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the creative design team to produce high-quality visuals aligned with brand strategy
  • Develop and execute creative campaigns for digital marketing, product launches, events, and social media
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to create engaging UI/UX assets and marketing collateral
  • Manage end-to-end design projects, from ideation through delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
  • Drive brand consistency and evolve the visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand fresh and relevant
  • Oversee vendor and freelance collaborations when necessary
 Requirements
  • 4–7 years of experience in creative design with leadership or managerial responsibilities
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, and UI/UX
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or equivalent
  • Experience working with both B2B and B2C companies is a plus
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
