Job Description

Developing the research strategy for the organisation will be a key requirement for the role. Identifying emerging areas for research and drive the organisation's research plan accordingly. Project management is a key requirement for the role too - managing the project timelines and tracking the progress will be key for the role Managing a team will be an important aspect of the role too - the candidate will be required to assist the research team in developing their capability in this domain.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a in neurosciences, psychology, cognitive science or psychiatry domain. in psychology will be preferred for the role. S/he should have atleast 10+ years of experience post The ideal candidate should have published research papers in the domain of psychology or neuro-diverse topics. Candidates who have published these papers in reputed publications will be preferred. The candidate should have an exposure to psycho-physiological data collection techniques. Strong quant and data analysis skills is a must S/he should have an experience of managing a team too.
