ELV Lead

Responsibilities:1. ELV System Design and Integration: Oversee the design and engineering ofELV systems, including structured cabling, CCTV, access control, fire alarmsystems, PA systems, and other low-voltage solutions. Ensure designs complywith relevant codes, standards, and project specifications. Optimize ELVsystems for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness through valueengineering.2. Project Handover and Coordination: Facilitate the seamless handover of ELVdesigns to the site team for execution. Collaborate with contractors, vendors,and internal teams to address design-related queries and challenges. Providetechnical data and support to ensure alignment between design and execution.3. Procurement and Vendor Management: Review and approve vendor designs,ensuring they meet technical and project requirements. Provide technicalclearance to vendors and coordinate with the Supply Chain Management (SCM)team for timely procurement and delivery of equipment.4. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, train, and mentor the ELV designteam, ensuring consistent skill development and knowledge upgrades. Recruitand build a high-performing team aligned with project and organizational goals.5. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all designs adhere to safety,regulatory, and environmental standards. Prepare and maintain accuratedocumentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports for ELV systems.Address client feedback and design gaps promptly to ensure satisfaction andquality assurance.6. Process Improvement and Innovation: Implement process improvements andadvanced tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of ELV designs. Stayupdated on emerging technologies and trends in ELV systems to introduce.
