GTM - Offline Marketing Interns

On-ground | Evenings & Weekends

FirstClub is on the lookout for dynamic, people-first interns to drive our offline presence across Bangalore If you love being at the center of the action, talking to people, and making things happen on-ground – this one’s for you.



What you’ll do:

Be the face of FirstClub during on-ground brand activations, society events, and pop-up experiences

Interact with potential customers and communicate the FirstClub story with energy and charm

Manage setup and execution of residential society activations and offline events across the city

Capture feedback and generate leads from offline engagement

Work during evenings and weekends, when most activations take place



Who you are:

Someone who has prior experience in conducting on-ground events, society activations, or pop-ups (this is a must)

A confident communicator who thrives in high-energy, people-facing roles

Comfortable working in flexible slots and traveling within Bangalore

Passionate about startups, marketing, and customer interaction
