We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer who can own our marketing end-to-end:setting direction, executing campaigns, and driving measurable results.What You’ll Do1. Positioning & Messaging• Define and refine our product positioning and value messaging.• Validate with customer research and iterate as a when needed.2. Content Marketing• Research, write, and publish content (blogs, landing pages, case studies, posts).• Build and execute a content distribution strategy (email, social, communities,partnerships).• Repurpose content across channels for maximum reach.3. Growth Channels• Lead SEO strategy (keyword research, on-page optimization, link building).• Set up and run email campaigns & campaigns.• Experiment with early community-driven or lightweight paid channels.4. Funnel & Analytics• Track website traffic, trial sign-ups, and conversion metrics.• Set up dashboards to monitor KPIs and report results regularly.• Recommend and implement optimizations across the funnel.• Establish lightweight marketing tooling/automation to scale efforts.What We’re Looking For• 1–4 years in B2B SaaS marketing – MUST HAVE.• Strong writing skills + proven ability to produce and ship content.• Hands-on experience in SEO, campaigns, email tools, and website CMS.• Comfortable setting up and interpreting analytics dashboards.• Startup mindset: scrappy, experimental, willing to switch between strategy and execution.• Experience guiding junior marketers or interns.Why Join Us• Opportunity to build the marketing function from scratch.• Direct impact: your work will shape how customers discover and adopt our product.• Small, fast-moving team with a collaborative culture.• Room to grow as we scale, you’ll have the chance to shape and lead the larger marketing team.
