Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Designer located in Bengaluru with 2- 3 years in the Relevant

retail industry experience Salary INR 4 LAKH – 5 LAKH - CTC

Job Description

  1. Managing design process from conception through to final styling.
  2. Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques and seeking design inspiration.
  3.  Designing clothes and accessories to meet brief
  4.  Supervising the entire sampling process
  5.  Delivering final product in-line with the company's standards.
  6. Testing different types of materials and colors to ensure high quality product
  7. Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts.
  8. Ensuring product is in agreement with business strategy.
  9. Selecting fabrics and trims.
  10. Creating production sketches for development packages.

11.  Collaborating with technical designer to ensure development packages are accurate.

12.  Reviewing product for style and fit during presentation.

13.  Presenting story, mood, Color boards and samples to buyers.

Other Requirements

  1. The incumbent should be trustworthy with impeccable integrity, sound work ethics, and dynamic and with excellent people communication skills.
  2. Should have good references
  3. Shall be able to travel to work location in thirty minutes
