About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Conga CPQ Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Conga CPQ configuration and development , with the ability to independently design and deliver complex CPQ solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deliver complex Conga CPQ solutions independently for a variety of customer needs.
  • Configure advanced pricing structures including:
  • Price Rules
  • Price Matrices
  • Discount Schedules
  • Pricing Callback Classes
  • Implement dynamic pricing models using Conga CPQ.
  • Develop validation logic and business rules to manage:
  • Product configuration
  • Inclusion/exclusion logic
  • Discount controls
  • Create and maintain Apex triggers , constraint rules , and other custom logic for CPQ processes.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery of solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CPQ functionality, pricing logic, and configuration rules.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders and team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Conga CPQ .
  • Strong understanding of CPQ pricing engine and configuration capabilities.
  • Proficiency in configuring:
  • Price Rules , Price Matrices
  • Discount Schedules , Pricing Callbacks
  • Experience with Turbo Pricing in Conga CPQ.
  • Expertise in Apex development , particularly for writing validation logic and constraint rules.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Conga CPQ certification or relevant Conga Cloud experience.
  • Prior exposure to Conga Composer , Conga Contracts , or Salesforce ecosystem .
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
