Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Revit MEP Engineer to join our team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing MEP
systems using Revit software.

Key Responsibilities
1. Create and manage MEP models using Revit software.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure coordinated
designs.
3. Develop and implement MEP systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
4. Conduct clash detection and resolution to ensure accurate designs.
5. Prepare and submit design documents, including drawings and specifications.
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
7. Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
8. Strong experience as BIM Modeler on Revit MEP.
9. Develop MEP BIM Model.
10. Should follow the project BIM Standards.
11. Understanding of BIM Template and processes.
12. Modular Design and Modelling: Create and manage modular building information
models, including design, construction, and operation phases.

13. Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the
BIM model, including geometry, attributes, and relationships.
14. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers,
contractors, and owners to ensure accurate and effective data exchange.
15. Model Validation and Quality Control: Validate and quality-check the BIM model for
accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
16.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve BIM processes,
workflows, and standards.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP design using Revit software.
3. Proficient in Revit MEP, or other relevant software.
4. Strong understanding of MEP systems, including design principles and industry
standards.
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
