We’re hiring a full-time RCM Operations Manager to lead and scale our end-to-end revenue cycle operations. This is a remote position based in India, working closely with our U.S. leadership and client practices.What We’re Looking For10+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end U.S. medical RCM, including:Eligibility & benefits verificationAuthorization managementCharge entry & coding reviewClaims submission & clearinghouse workflowsPayment postingDenial managementA/R follow-up and patient collections3+ years in a leadership role (Assistant Manager or Manager level)Proven experience managing RCM teams and processesStrong working knowledge of EMRs, clearinghouses, and U.S. payer workflowsExcellent communication and coordination skills with U.S.-based clients🛠 Role ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage full RCM cycle for assigned clientsLead, train, and monitor a team of billers, AR callers, and codersEnsure high performance on key metrics: clean claims rate, denial rate, collections, etc.Coordinate with internal and client-side teams to resolve issues quicklyImplement process improvements and SOPs to scale operationsWork in U.S. time zones (partial or full overlap required)📍 Location : Remote, India💼 Type : Full-time💲 Salary : Competitive (based on experience)If you’re an RCM leader ready to take full ownership of operations and deliver exceptional results, we’d love to hear from you.
