Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee (Sales & Marketing) at our Financial District office in Hyderabad. The Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and preparing reports and presentations. Daily tasks will also include coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing: Knowledge in sales strategies, marketing principles, and customer relationship management.
• Research: Ability to conduct market research and data analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
• Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field and B.Tech in CS, AI, Data Analysis and Telecommunications.
• Previous experience or internships in sales or marketing is a plus.
