Overview
The Manager, Paid Social would be responsible for managing advertising campaigns for clients in US/UK markets, on various Paid Social platforms like, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, , Ticktok,Twitter and Pinterest to name a few. The individual will be responsible for planning, building, optimizing campaigns, and analyze performance based on client objectives. He/she may eventually also manage a team based on his/her capabilities and performance.
Job Description
We are looking to bring in an experienced resource to support our paid social media. The primary responsibility of this role will be to strengthen the capabilities of our Bangalore office as it relates to managing Paid Social Advertising campaigns.
Primary Duties:
- Demonstrate an in-depth practical knowledge of Paid Social best practice, Optimisation Framework, Account Structure, Bidding Strategy, Targeting types, and their application to campaigns to generate a high standard of delivery
- Build paid social campaigns & strategies that are structured into clear frameworks focused on clients business objectives & are built upon solid insight
- Manage paid social campaigns based on the agreed-upon strategic direction provided by the Dubai team members.
- Ensure campaign setup and delivery is aligned with the tactical plan and offer strategic and tactical recommendations to help shape future planning.
- Optimize media campaigns towards the target KPIs within various advertising platforms, including but not limited to:
- Facebook Ads Manager
- Instagram Ads
- Advertising Products
- Snap
Required Skills
- Desired Experience - 5+ years of experience in managing Paid Social campaigns
- Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on social media platforms like Facebook, , Instagram, Pinterest, Ticktok,Snap, and Twitter
- Strong data analysis skills (including advanced Microsoft Excel skills)
- Team Management skills.
