Job Title: HR Executive
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 AM IST
Location: Chennai

Job Description/Skills Required:
MBA or other advanced degree with 5-8 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
Sound knowledge of HR Policies, as well as strong understanding of HR process.
Experienced in stakeholder engagement, employee engagement activities.
Strong communication, interpersonal analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, think strategically and partner with leadership on HR initiatives
Ability to facilitate HR plan and strategy and constructively challenge and influence leadership on people / HR issues
Fluent English is a must – Proven written and verbal communication, as well as influencing skills
