Assistant Manager – Continuous Improvement Risk Management

JOB OVERVIEW
The Continuous Improvement Risk Management Team is seeking a dynamic individual to manage projects and lead the transactional quality team. This role is pivotal in overseeing and managing projects and the transactional quality team to support our sales, marketing, and finance departments. The ideal candidate will drive productivity enhancements and maximize revenue growth through strategic risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
ABOUT THE ROLE
CIRM Projects : Oversee a portfolio of admission excellence projects in line with business objectives by leveraging Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies/techniques to streamline processes and enhance operational performance. Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Technology, to ensure alignment and collaboration on business improvement initiatives. Leading team: Lead Transactional quality to stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital transformation, Six Sigma, data analytics, and CRM. Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor and coach green belt projects, providing guidance on project management methodologies, data analysis techniques, and stakeholder engagement. Empower team members to take ownership of their projects and drive meaningful impact.ABOUT YOU
Postgraduate/ Graduated/ equivalent in any stream High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Certified Black Belt/ Green Belt, CRM knowledge (preferably salesforce) Minimum 4+ years of experience in driving operation excellence projects in a fast-paced environment Project management experiences. Knowledge of education industry is a plus. Fluency in English.ABOUT US
