Job Title: RPA Developer · Location: Bangalore · Experience: 4+ · Mode of Work : Hybrid · Job Type : Contract to hire. · Notice Period: Immediate joiners. · Project Tenure: Long-term projectJD: .Analyze, design, and develop end-to-end RPA solutions using Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere.Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify and assess automation opportunities.Develop and configure bots, workflows, and reusable components based on process design documents (PDDs).Perform code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testing for developed bots.Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes in production and ensure continuous improvement.Deploy and schedule bots using control rooms (AA Control Room, Blue Prism Control Room).Maintain process documentation, including design, testing, and deployment records.Work with IT and business teams to ensure security, scalability, and compliance of automation solutions.Train and mentor junior RPA developers and support knowledge transfer sessions.
