Assistant Manager-Legal

Responsibilities:-
- Generating New Templates, and processing template agreements, based on requirements (MOU, Royalty, Manufacturing etc.,)- Updating the IPR data of the Company from time to time. Follow up with the external counsel on the pending applications- Preparing Legal Notices, replying to Notices, and monitoring the cases, to attend court hearings.- Continuous Legal research, relevant to the matters involved.- Assisting in conducting Raids on spurious products PAN India.- Clearing MRP panels, to ensure compliance under LM Act & Rules- Liaison with relevant Government offices and other competent authorities if necessary, including processing Registration of Documents.- Coordinating and Briefing/discussion with the lawyers for legal cases.- Assisting various functions to update, review, and report non-compliance to Sr. DGM - Legal.- Compliance audits.- Conducting sensitization Programs.- Follow up with Advocates for updating of legal cases- Follow up with the concerned officer to attend the court- Attend the meetings /conferences as and when required /directed by superiors- Vetting, negotiating, and finalizing various kinds of agreements, including Buy ©People Business, 2019 Confidential Strictly for Internal Circulation only & Sell, Lease, etc.,
Requirements and Skills:-
A) Travel requirement as per need.
B) Working of Knowledge contract management Tool is preferred.
C) Good Communication (Verbal & Written)
D) Looking for stable candidates only.
E) Candidates from Bengaluru will be preferred.
F) Special Requirement -Contract management, MIS, Litigation handling.
