Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Google Ads, native advertising, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth through data-driven strategies, campaign optimization, and innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, native ads platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain), affiliate programs, and influencer partnerships.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to meet performance KPIs such as ROI, ROAS, CTR, and CPL.
Google Ads Expertise:
Manage and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping Ads.
Conduct thorough keyword research, create ad copy, and perform A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.

Affiliate Marketing:

Negotiate contracts, track influencer performance, and measure ROI.
Analytics & Reporting:
