Position:
Tender Executive

Location:
Faridabad, Haryana

Salary:
Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 30,000 (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Tender Searching – Actively look for relevant tenders on GeM portal, company websites, and government portals.
  2. Documentation & Submission – Prepare technical and financial bid documents, ensure compliance, and submit tenders before deadlines.
  3. Tender Tracking – Maintain a tracking sheet for tenders submitted, results, and feedback received.
  4. Registration & Compliance – Handle GeM portal registration, vendor registrations, and renewals.
  5. Report Preparation – Compile tender-related data and reports for internal use.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Gas/Chemical Engineering or related field.
  2. Experience with GeM Portal and e-tender submissions.
  3. Good documentation, research, and communication skills.
  4. 2-3 years of experience.
  5. Basic knowledge of the Gas Industry, PESO regulations and Gas Cylinder Rules (GCR) 2016.
  6. Skills in MS Office - Word, Excel and PDF editing.
  7. Good understanding of English language.
  8. Good time management skills.
