Experienced in Print Management solutions like Papercut and MYQ, Web Jetadmin, Printaurus, SAP Print, MyQ, Printaurus, YSoft, Papercut, Accounting Plus, Kofax Control Suite, and HP Advance.
Experienced in Print queue create, SAP queue-Synchronization Modify, Print queue Monitor- Spool file, Catalog Task request and Dismantle the printer & delete queue in CMDB, Printer Migration activity.
Experienced in Ticketing tools like ServiceNow, HP Sudden Impact and HP Directors cut for tracking and closing elevation tickets.
Network Knowledge of LDAP, Scan to SMB, FTP, SMTP, Server Builds, Print Server, Print, Scan, Fax Driver and Firmware testing, Print Mobile Application Testing.

Experienced in tools like Service-Now, ECRM, VMS and CRM for tracking and closing elevation tickets.
Experienced in ServiceNow, Problem Management and Incident Management, Major incident Management, Change management and SLAs.
Extensive network knowledge covering and configure LDAP, Scan to SMB, FTP, SMTP, Server Builds, AD, GPO policies, Print Server, Print Driver, Scan Driver, Fax Driver, and Firmware.
Exceptional ability to provide support and troubleshoot client-reported issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
Proficient in remote troubleshooting applications such as Remote Desktop services, MS Teams, TeamViewer, Any desk, and Skype.
