Our team of experts is dedicated to providing high-quality support and consultation to our clients.Only experienced candidates can applyRoles and ResponsibilitiesAbility to analyze cases of medical malpractice, personal injury, mass tort cases, and demand lettersPerforming the Case Analysis and Quality CheckMust read and decipher complex physician handwritten notes accuratelyTyping speed of at least 40-45 WPMPrioritize workloads to ensure expedited cases are processed within defined timelinesResponsible for timely completion of Quality Review of individual casesAnalyzing errors and conducting feedback sessionsComplying with SOPs and other standard guidelines of the organizationDesired ExperienceGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to comprehend complex medical informationReviewing medical records and preparing medical summaries such as PI-chronology, Med-Mal chronology, demand letters etc. (any one process at least)Identifying missing medical recordsReading and deciphering complex physician handwritten notes accuratelyQualificationsBDS, BAMS, BHMS, Pharm D, BSc (Nursing), BPT, and Life science graduatesFluency in English is a mustExperience in medical record review or related fieldKnowledge of medical terminology and legal processes is a plus
