Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Manager located in Chennai. The Project Lead will oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project schedules, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Lead will also be responsible for risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Computer Science and Software Development
  • Experience with full stack web development and programming - specifically MEAN, MERN stack, Python and Databases
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in technology consulting or a similar industry is a plus
