Position Overview:

-Maintain partnerships with OEM/s in terms of compliance, portals, certifications, rebates, MDFs, schemes, deal registrations, leadership engagement, sales enablement. Coordinate with internal departments and OEM wherever needed like purchase, logistics, support etc. Reviewing pricing. Inform sales and other leaders on OEM quota achievement to ensure proactive measures are taken for maximum benefits.

Alliances

-Maintain partnerships with OEM/s in terms of compliance, portals, certifications, rebates, MDFs, schemes, deal registrations, leadership engagement, sales enablement. -Act as the primary point of contact for

Providing expert advice and guidance to Sales on Passive N/W products/solutions, pricing, availability and compatibility. Provide Channel manager/s and OEM stakeholders updates related on overall sales and pipeline including performance in various OEM programs

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, understanding their needs and proposing tailored OEM solutions to meet their requirements.

-Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support and operations across India to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of OEM solutions to customers.

-Stay up-to-date with the latest Passive Network technologies, product launches, and industry trends, maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.

Enablement:

Training of sales staff on new products or services being offered by the OEMs to increase their knowledge about offerings and enhance their ability to sell effectively. Help with upsell and cross sell range of products from OEMs. Monitor the effectiveness of the training. Monitor if sales is narrating this to customers and effectively.

Revenue Goal:

Contribute leads from the OEMs, distributors and other contacts. Increase upfront and backend margins. Bundle services.

-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Passive N/w products and solutions in the B2B space.

-Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports to management, including sales forecasts and pipeline updates.

-Participate in industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to expand ZONES' presence.

Solution:

Support sales on solutions, keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes. Define SOW. Always bundle services and complementing products around the opportunity.

Work in team with Active Networking Practice manager and AV/UC Practice manager.

What you will bring to the team:

Qualification and experience:

-Graduate from a reputed institute.

-Certifications on various Passive Networking products from various OEMs preferred.

-8 Years+ experience in the similar field.

-Demonstrated excellent techno-commercial experience in Networking solution.

-In-depth knowledge of building blocks of passive networking solution, project management and implementation.

-Served in the similar techno-commercial role with a proven track record.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels of an organization.

-Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine passion for delivering a positive client experience directly or through sales teams.

-Strong negotiation skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

-Ability to be a quick learner and be good at multi-tasking.
