Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.- Continuously assess and improve application development processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.- Experience with integration of applications and data management.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.- Familiarity with user interface design principles and user experience optimization.
