We work closely with wellness founders, marketing leaders, and multi-brand portfolios, ensuring their social media and content output is consistent, high quality, and aligned with real business outcomes.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands how to build and manage social identities for wellness and nutraceutical brands especially those targeting the US and Canadian markets.This is a full time role based in Mumbai (Hybrid), with remote flexibility for the ideal candidate.You will be responsible for: • Developing platform specific social media strategies for multiple brands • Managing content calendars and weekly posting schedules • Coordinating with design, video, and client teams to produce high quality creatives • Writing clear, compelling, compliance aware content (posts, reels, carousels, captions) • Tracking performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement • Ensuring brand consistency across all platforms • Staying updated with trends relevant to wellness, nutrition, and eCommerce audiences • Managing approvals, workflows, and client communication with professionalismThis role requires someone who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple brands simultaneously.Qualifications • 1-3 years of proven experience managing social media for wellness, nutraceutical, eCommerce, or lifestyle brands • Strong copywriting and communication skills • Experience creating or collaborating on content calendars and brand guidelines • Understanding of US centric content style, tone, and audience behaviour • Ability to analyse social performance metrics and derive insights • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, , Pinterest, and YouTube • Strong organisational ability and the discipline to deliver on timelines • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) • Prior experience with North American brands is a strong plus
