Role : Lead Network Engineer – 5G

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8+ years in Wireless Telecommunications or Networking, with a strong focus on LTE/5G technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain 5G network products.
  • Collaborate with OEMs, carriers, and semiconductor partners.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers.
  • Lead root cause analysis for high-impact network incidents.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong software background in:
  • Hardware abstraction layers
  • Device drivers
  • Radio processing across O-RAN M/C/S/U planes
  • Deep understanding of:
  • 3GPP standards
  • Layer 2/3 protocols
  • Subsystem interfaces
  • Proficient in C/C++ on Linux platforms (ARM cores).
  • Familiar with protocols like SNMP, TR-069, YANG, SON, VoNR.

Debugging & Analysis:

  • Expertise in 5G signaling and physical layer tools (e.g., Keysight, R&S, Anritsu).
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.
