Staff Software Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team and help us make a difference.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the founders to develop, implement, and maintain a high-quality web application.Utilize React JS, HTML, and CSS for front-end development, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node JS and Python for back-end development.Integrate APIs to streamline processes and enhance the functionality of our platform.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows best practices and industry standards.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize our web applications to enhance performance and maintain scalability.Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to continuously improve the quality of our codebase.Communicate effectively with team members to ensure successful project completion and a positive work environment.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.6+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a focus on web development.Deep understanding of scalable system architecture and building performant applicationsStrong proficiency in React JS, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.Extensive experience with Node JS and Python for back-end development.API integration experience strongly preferred.Familiarity with Google Cloud and Firebase is strongly preferred. Familiarity with building secure backend systems and dev ops is strongly preferred. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.Passion for our mission to provide affordable, high-quality mental healthcare to all.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience.Opportunity to work remotely, with a flexible schedule that promotes work-life balance.A supportive and collaborative work environment, where your contributions will have a direct impact on countless lives.Opportunities for personal and professional growth within a fast-growing, innovative company.If you are an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with a passion for making a difference, we would love to hear from you. Process:If you’re interested, please submit your resume and a link to your github profile, outlining your relevant experience and interest in our mission.
