Overview

As a Senior Vice President, Digital Delivery Practice Lead, you will be responsible to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role involves leading a talented team of AI engineers and data scientists, collaborating with cross-functional groups, and ensuring the successful execution of AI projects from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI technologies, software engineering, leadership, and project delivery, as well as a passion for creating impactful AI-driven solutions.

This role will have emphasis on setting up best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and cloud-native design patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless). The ability to apply DevOps principles to both cloud and AI application development ensures efficient, reliable, and scalable delivery. Responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of cloud-based and AI applications—defining the vision, leading the design and development process, and ensuring successful deployment and post-launch performance monitoring. Have the foresight to anticipate future needs and adapt strategies to incorporate evolving cloud and AI technologies.

AI Application Design & Development:

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI application development, from ideation to deployment, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals.

• Guide the integration of AI models and algorithms into production systems, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand use cases, define AI strategies, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Leverage state-of-the-art AI methodologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and NLP, to address complex challenges.

Project Delivery & Execution:

• Manage the delivery of AI projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and according to best practices in software engineering.

• Implement agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices to streamline project development and delivery.

• Lead the architecture, design, and scaling of AI solutions that are efficient, scalable, and secure.

• Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and risks, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure AI solutions address key business needs and drive value.

• Partner with IT infrastructure, data engineering, and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration of AI applications within the broader tech ecosystem.

• Regularly update senior leadership and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and achievements.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of AI engineers, data scientists, and software developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Provide guidance on career development, performance management, and personal growth for team members.

• Cultivate a strong, innovation-driven environment with an emphasis on continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

• Scale and grow the AI engineering team in alignment with project and organizational needs.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in AI and machine learning, identifying opportunities for new technologies and methodologies to enhance AI solutions.

• Promote the adoption of AI solutions throughout the organization to improve operational efficiency and drive innovation.

• Continuously refine processes, tools, and techniques to optimize the AI development lifecycle.

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure AI models and applications meet the highest standards for performance, quality, and accuracy.

• Maintain compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.

• Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of deployed AI systems, ensuring they continue to deliver value post-deployment.

Qualifications:

• 20 years of experience in delivering software engineering and AI solutions

• Technical delivery of large digital projects

• More than 10+ years of experience in end-to-end delivery

• Hand on experience with cloud data AI and full stack.

• In depth understanding of technical architecture

• Ability to technical assessment and blue print of client's current technology stack.

• SDL solution architecture, design, AQ QC, deployment and manage services

• Must have experience in 50+ client engagements

• Must have handled portfolio of 500+ folks ( Data Scientist, PM, Full Satck developer, tester, scrum masters

• Implementing multiple solution for different products

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree from a premiere institute (IIT preferably).

• Proven track record of leadership and success in delivering AI/ML and digital solutions at scale, with experience managing large teams and complex project portfolios.

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate client needs into innovative technical solutions that drive measurable business value.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for driving organizational change and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
