Martechture is seeking a Marketing Data & AI Engineer with hands-on experience across Martech platforms (exposure in Adobe) and a proven track record in client-facing consulting roles.

You'll support enterprise clients by auditing their marketing data stack, identifying gaps, mapping signal flows, and preparing systems for intelligent personalization, campaign automation, and future AI enablement.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Audit Adobe Experience Cloud tools: Analytics, Launch/DTM, Experience Manager
  • Map data flows across CRM, MAP, CDP, analytics, and CX platforms
  • Identify redundant data, missing tracking, and underused platform capabilities
  • Clean and transform marketing datasets for campaign use and insights
  • Support AI readiness through data structuring and profiling
  • Participate in discovery workshops and executive-level reviews

Qualification & Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Martech or data engineering roles in a consulting setting
  • Hands-on with Adobe tools (Analytics, Launch, AEM)
  • Familiarity with CDPs (Segment, Adobe RT-CDP), MAPs (Marketo, Eloqua), and CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Comfort working across teams — tech, campaign, and analytics
  • Python or Jupyter for exploratory data work
  • BI tool experience (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Exposure to campaign automation, scoring models, or segmentation frameworks
  • Comfort structuring data for AI/ML models (e.g., model features, event signals)
  • Exposure to LLM tools (ChatGPT API, Claude, etc) for automation & agent ops
  • Experience working with AI-ready martech workflows (e.g., scoring, segmentation, triggers)
  • Understanding of consent frameworks and privacy tagging (GDPR/CCPA)
