About the RoleNIPS Noida is seeking a proactive, student-centric Admission Counselor to manage end-to-end admissions—from first inquiry to enrolment—while delivering a warm, informative experience to parents and students.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management: Handle walk-ins, calls, website/WhatsApp/WhatsApp Business and email inquiries; qualify leads and schedule school tours.Counseling & Conversion: Conduct one-to-one counseling sessions; explain curriculum, feestructures, school policies, transport, and key differentiators; achieve monthly enrolment targets.Campus Tours & Events: Plan and conduct campus tours, open houses, and admission drives.Documentation & Compliance: Coordinate application forms, document verification, application fee, and offer/acceptance letters; maintain accurate records.Assessments Coordination: Schedule and coordinate student interaction/entrance assessments with academic teams.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain timely, professional communication with parents, students, faculty, transport, and accounts teams.CRM & Reporting: Update CRM/MIS daily; track funnel (inquiries→ visits → offers → enrolments); prepare weekly/monthly dashboards.Outreach: Liaise with feeder preschools/communities; support school fairs and community events during peak season.Service Quality: Ensure prompt TAT on callbacks and emails; manage parent feedback and escalate as needed.Safeguarding: Adhere to child protection and data privacy guidelines.Must-Have QualificationsExperience: 3–4 years in school admissions (preferably with leading schools in Noida/Delhi-NCR).Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in Marketing/Education Management is a plus.Communication: Excellent English & Hindi; confident presenter with empathetic listening.Tech Skills: Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with CRM/admissions software (e.G., Tally/ERP/Leadsquared/Zoho) preferred.Traits: Target-oriented, organized, calm under pressure, high integrity, and strong follow-through.KPIs / Success MetricsInquiry-to-Enrolment conversion rateShow-up rate for scheduled tours/assessmentsTAT on callbacks and email responsesOffer acceptance ratio and fee realizationData accuracy in CRM/MIS and weekly reportingParent satisfaction (NPS/feedback)Working HoursAs per school calendar; extended hours/weekend events may occur during peak admission season (comp offs as per policy).Compensation & BenefitsFixed salary ₹30,000 per monthPerformance-linked incentives on enrolments (slab/target-based)PF/ESI and leave benefits as per school policyProfessional development opportunitiesEqual OpportunityNIPS Noida is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to child safeguarding.
