Key Responsibilities Handle B2B travel agent queries related to Vietnam (FIT & Groups). Prepare customized itineraries and cost-effective quotations. Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local partners in Vietnam. Ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings and provide support to travel agents. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Vietnam destinations, hotels, activities, and visa requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and suppliers. Meet monthly sales and conversion targets. Requirements 2 years of experience in B2B travel consulting, preferably with Vietnam expertise. Strong knowledge of Vietnam destinations, hotels, tours, and local logistics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple queries and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. An existing network with DMCs or suppliers in Vietnam is an advantage.
