In this role, you'll work with a specific team within this organization to drive related technical & product strategy, operations, architecture, and execution for one of the largest sites in the world. Poster Experience specifically focuses on the user journey, which is the main source of user content for the product. We aim to make it easier, faster, and smarter to create and participate in conversations, and we drive several core product metrics for the entire ecosystem. This specific role will involve migrating legacy Python microservice code to one or more existing Go microservices. Successful candidates have prior experience in these migrations at large scale (think millions of actions per day) and understand how to instrument and monitor their code for parity and consistency during rollout.
