Job Description:

Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing:● Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, andprofessional networks to identify and attract potential candidates.● Conduct initial screening assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.Collaboration with Hiring Managers:● Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and developeffective recruitment strategies.● Provide guidance on interview techniques and participate in the interviewprocess.Candidate Assessment:● Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, andcultural fit.● Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.Job Postings and Advertising:● Create compelling and accurate job descriptions for open positions.● Post job openings on various platforms and monitor responses.Networking:● Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-activesourcing and networking.Candidate Relationship Management:● Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughoutthe recruitment process.● Keep candidates informed about the status of their application.Data Management:● Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicanttracking system.● Generate regular recruitment reports and metrics.Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.● Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.● Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Strong organizational and time-management abilities.● Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Additional Information:● This is a full-time position based at our NOIDA office at WTT Sec 16.● Competitive salary and benefits package offered.● Opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
