Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive ESG strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead ESG reporting, including data collection, analysis, and disclosure (, GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Engage with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and employees, on ESG matters.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate ESG considerations into business decisions.
- Oversee ESG-related risk management and opportunity identification.
- Develop and manage ESG-related policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging ESG trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Lead a team of ESG professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree in a related field (, Environmental Science, Business, Sustainability)
- 12+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strategic thinker with a solutions-focused approach.
- Experience with ESG reporting and disclosure.
