Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Ticketing and Visa Executive, located in Pune. The role involves assisting clients with ticket sales, processing visa applications, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include coordinating travel arrangements, addressing client inquiries, ensuring compliance with travel policies, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Qualifications Proficiency in Ticket Sales and ReservationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in Sales and handling client requirementsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with travel booking systems and visa processingAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesPrior experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
