Job Description

The People Success Business Partner (PSBP) manager is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in selected business units.

This role fosters partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services that match the organization's goals.

The PSBP maintains a deep understanding of the business unit's financial status, midterm plans, culture, and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units to ensure alignment and address concerns.
  • Provides HR guidance to line management as needed, analyzing trends and metrics to develop solutions and policies.
  • Manages complex employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations.
  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, reducing risks and ensuring compliance.
  • Partners with the legal department as necessary to provide day-to-day performance management guidance.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, morale, and productivity.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation, developing contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
Requirements
  • An MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in HR analytics and people management.
  • Ability to read and analyze complex data dashboards and reports.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics methodologies and familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection methods.
  • Capability to create, manage, and use relevant metrics and KPIs to deliver business results.
  • Strong people management skills, communication, and leadership abilities.

Note: The successful candidate may be required to spend 2 days in Noida and 3 days in Gurugram (or vice versa).
