As a trusted partner, we're always at the forefront of change as we lead digital optimization and modernization journeys for our clients.Customized end-to-end solutionsOur expertise in AI, Consulting, Data, Digital, Cloud & DevOps and Software Engineering, delivers customized, end-to-end solutions that drive business value and growth.Job Description:Responsibilities:Perform business/data analysis to investigate into various business problems and propose the solution working closely with clients and teamAnalyze Report Requirements, perform gap analysis, understand existing systems and data flows, model the required changes, source, enrich and publish to Axiom for final reportingDetailed requirements analysis with End-Users to understand business (reporting) needsPerformance and scalability optimization to support large scale deploymentsDefine new features in conjunction with product management, and provide specificationsEnsure quality and completeness of the final product through unit testing, documentation, and maintenance as appropriate.Technical Skills4+ years of Experience in Database development (SQL/Data Modelling/Stored Procedures)2+ years of ETL Programming/Data Engineering (Tools like Informatica not necessary)Job scheduler tools: AutosysUNIXPreferred SkillsAxiom CV10 experienceUnderstanding of U.S. risk and regulatory requirementsDevOps ToolingExperience with Java/Scala/Python and Spark FrameworkExposure to BFSI and finance industryNon-Technical Skills:High interest in Finance business & data analysis required.
