Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated DSA and Programming Trainer with strong fundamentals in core programming concepts and experience preparing students for coding tests and technical interviews. The ideal candidate will have a GATE qualification and previous experience in training students using platforms like HackerRank, LeetCode.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online and offline training sessions in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and Programming Languages (preferably C++, Java, Python).
  • Prepare students for coding rounds of top tech companies using platforms such as HackerRank, LeetCode, etc.
  • Design curriculum, assignments, and mock tests tailored to GATE-level understanding and placement readiness.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring for students preparing for technical interviews and competitive programming contests.
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide performance feedback.
  • Keep up-to-date with current trends in technical hiring and competitive coding.

Requirements:

  • B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.
  • GATE qualified.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a DSA/Programming trainer or in a similar teaching/coaching role.
  • Strong command over one or more programming languages: C++, Java, Python.
  • Experience with training students using HackerRank, LeetCode, etc.
  • Good communication skills and passion for teaching.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to break down complex concepts.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with competitive programming platforms.
  • Prior exposure to conducting training workshops, webinars, or seminars.
  • Ability to teach additional subjects like Operating Systems, DBMS, or Computer Networks is a plus.
