This unique opportunity is only open to professionals who have hands-on experience working within a recruitment business. If your experience is from organisations that utilise recruitment services but do not specialise in delivering recruitment as a core function, this role is not for you. We are seeking individuals who deeply understand the recruitment process and its demands.
As a partner, you’ll own a significant stake in your business while benefiting from our support and strategic guidance to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Leadership: Build and lead your recruitment business from the ground up.- Strategic Growth: Identify and expand into key sectors and markets in India.- Team Building: Recruit, manage, and inspire a high-performing team of consultants.- Client Engagement: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, manage P&L, and drive profitability.

About You:
We are seeking a recruitment leader with the following qualifications and experience:
- Recruitment Industry Expertise: At least 7–10 years of hands-on experience working in a recruitment business, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding business targets.- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, including mentoring, coaching, and developing consultants.- Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Indian recruitment market, including sector trends, candidate behaviour, and client expectations.- Business Development Skills: Strong ability to win and grow client accounts, with a history of building long-term partnerships.- Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, P&L responsibility, and driving profitability in a business or department.- Entrepreneurial Drive: Passion for building a business from the ground up, coupled with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach.- Relationship Management: Exceptional client-facing skills, including the ability to present confidently, negotiate effectively, and build trust.- Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, capable of overcoming challenges and capitalising on opportunities in a competitive market.
This role is strictly for individuals with hands-on experience in the recruitment sector. If your experience is from organisations that use recruitment as a service rather than providing it as a core function, this opportunity will not align with your background.
