Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and communication-driven Digital Sales Specialist - Intern to join our Sales and Business Development Team. In this role, you will support outreach efforts to potential clients, assist in nurturing relationships, and help identify new business opportunities. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to client communication, outreach strategies, and CRM management in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role includes a t hree-month paid internship , with the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance evaluation. Responsibilities Lead Research & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through digital channels such as LinkedIn, company websites, and industry platforms. Gather insights on decision-makers and create well-qualified lead lists. Digital Outreach: Execute structured outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms. Personalize outreach messages based on client needs, industry context, and relevant business fit. Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline by updating leads, responses, follow-ups, and progress status using CRM tools. Provide regular updates on outreach activities and conversion progress. Consultative Communication: Engage with prospective clients to understand their business requirements. Communicate our value proposition clearly and direct qualified leads to senior team members for further discussions. Client Relationship Support: Assist in managing early-stage client interactions, ensuring consistent communication and timely follow-ups. Help identify potential opportunities for collaboration. Market & Competitor Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Share insights that can help refine outreach strategies and targeting. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams- including marketing and sales- to align outreach efforts and enhance overall client engagement. Metrics and Reporting: Analyse outreach performance and lead conversion data to measure effectiveness. Provide weekly reports and suggest improvements based on data insights. Professional Development: Stay updated with best practices in sales communication, lead generation, and CRM usage. Continuously improve your outreach and communication skills through training and self-learning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). Excellent research and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides). Interest in client relationship management, sales communication, and business outreach. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or email automation tools is a plus.
