As a Deputy Manager in the Assurance & Advisory division, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to clients across various industries.

You will be responsible for managing assignments, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct statutory audits for companies, firms, and banks.

- Perform audits of government companies appointed by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG).

- Assist with IFRS convergence and group reporting under various GAAPs.

- Provide certifications and perform limited reviews as required.

- Execute tax audits and contribute to audit committee presentations.

- Deliver well-reasoned accounting opinions to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge of business processes, accounting, reporting, and audit methodologies.

- In-depth understanding of accounting standards and Standards on Auditing (SAs) under Indian GAAP.

- Familiarity with IFRS and other GAAPs for reporting purposes.

- Proficiency in technical concepts, including Accounting Standards and Standards on Auditing, essential for assignment execution.

- Awareness of direct and indirect taxes and corporate laws.

- Proven experience in team management and client handling.

- Exposure to ERP systems such as Tally, SAP, JD Edwards, etc.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
