One of our early-stage Consumer portfolio companies is looking to hire a Head of Manufacturing to work closely with the Founders as they increase the number of factories they have and scale exponentially.ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead high-performing Production, QA/QC, and Plant Operations teams across sitesManage production across all 3PMs ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely deliveryImplement SOPs and ensure food safety & quality standardsDrive margin improvement, production accounting, cost controls, and vendor negotiationsIdentify and onboard new 3rd party manufacturers to support business growthSet systems for scale, solve challenges at the root, and improve overall productivity.QualificationsAt least 10 to 15 years of experience in FMCG manufacturingStrong understanding of 3PM operations, plant efficiency, QA/QC, and cost controlProven ability to lead teams, build systems, and scale manufacturing networksCommercially sharp with a problem-solving, execution-first mindsetStrong knowledge of best industry practicesSomeone interested in building a consumer giant from the ground upPlease apply to this role directly on LinkedIn.
