The Department of Computer Science and Engineering- DS & CS is thrilled to invite applications for Assistant Professors specializing in Cyber Security and Data Science (CSDS). Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct innovative research in Cyber Security and Data Science, publishing in top-tier journals and conferences.
  • Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in CSDS and related subjects.
  • Mentor and guide graduate and undergraduate students in their research and academic projects.
  • Collaborate with industry partners and secure research funding through grants and partnerships.
  • Contribute to the academic community through departmental service and leadership roles.

Qualifications:

  • A Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering is Desirable, or a related field, with a promising research agenda, potential for teaching excellence, and a commitment to academic service.
  • NET qualification will be preferred.
  • B.Tech & M.Tech with over 60% marks.
  • Expertise in areas such as big data analytics, machine learning, network security, cryptography, and privacy-enhancing technologies is highly desirable.
  • An exceptional track record of research publications in reputable academic journals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: As per market standard / depending on the experience of the candidature.
