About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, client relationship building, and business development. You will play a key role in helping us expand our client base and grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, approach, and onboard potential B2B clients and partners.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Pitch and explain our offerings clearly to decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress regularly.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align goals.
- Maintain a database of leads and update client interactions in CRM.
- Represent the company at networking events and meetings, as needed.
- 0–1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development (freshers welcome).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with face-to-face and telephonic conversations.
- Highly driven, goal-oriented, and proactive in approach.
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to [City Name].
- Fixed salary of ₹20,000/month + attractive performance incentives.
