Functional Title- Technical Lead


Work Location- Noida, Gurgaon, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore.


Pay Package- 15Lpa-30Lpa


Interview Sequence- Ops-Client


Job Responsibility-


  1. Candidate would be responsible for working on the migration of Base))) to the NOW CSM workflow management platform
  2. Handle multiple teams and be in a position to lead them technically
  3. Independently handle multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth running of the projecs
  4. Collaborating with cross functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
  5. Be the technical go to person for their team.
  6. Staying abreast of technology trends in NOW ensuring edge in knowledge
  7. Actively participate in architecture and design discussions for fulfilling the requirements coming from business teams.


Skills Required-


  1. Candidate should be strong in Core Java and should have practical exposure to OOPS.
  2. Candidate should have relevant exposure(at least 2+ years) to the relevant NOW platform through technical development involving scripting, worflows and integrations
  3. Candidate must have worked on the SQL Databases (Oracle, MySQL) and should have worked on writing queries and stored procedures.
  4. Good knowledge on F&A business processes and abundant experience in all phases of SDLC
  5. Good analytical skills for understanding migration techniques and aptitude for newer Business Solutions
  6. Candidate must have experience in using Web Services and should have decent exposure to XML and Related XML technology
  7. Good knowledge of integration techniques using API's
  8. Atleast 3+ years experience in handling teams of 15+ members
  9. Candidate must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills and should have played a part in the requiremnts gathering phase.


Key Competencies-


  1. Very Strong Candidate in Technical as well as in communication
  2. Prescreening from business is required before interview schedule
  3. Currently should be on Lead role.
  4. Should not have gap
  5. Should be stable with the organizations, job switch within a year is not recommended
  6. ITSM, CSM, CMDB, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, Discovery – any 4 skills are mandatory to have, CSM is preferred.


Education Qualification-


Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Information Technology or pertinent programs.
