The specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, such as data analysis, campaign management, email marketing, and automation. The role will also involve monitoring performance metrics and optimizing marketing strategies based on data insights. You will play a crucial role in executing and validating(QA) the marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing CloudKey ResponsibilitiesValidation and Quality Check: Identify and streamline both manual and regression testing processes and perform validation checks to ensure high qualityCollaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics, establish quality goals, and monitor performance against targets.Campaign operation & Audience management: Assist in the creation, segmentation, execution, and monitoring of email marketing campaigns. Analysis and troubleshooting: Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
