Executive Assistant / Office Operations Manager (EA+ / Chief of Staff–Lite)Location: Ahmedabad (On-site, full-time)Reports to: CEOAbout the RoleWe are looking for a sharp, highly organized operator to act as the CEO’s right hand—owning the executive operating rhythm, driving company-wide coordination, and ensuring day-to-day execution runs seamlessly. This is a hands-on, in-office role designed for someone who thrives in structure, momentum, and accountability—not a remote assistant position. Should be based in Ahmedabad.What You’ll DoExecutive Rhythm & Operating CadenceManage the CEO’s calendar, meeting prep, notes, and follow-through.Maintain clean and actionable backlogs in Asana.Drive weekly operations stand-ups, monthly business reviews, and ensure all decisions are tracked to closure.People Operations (Light)Manage end-to-end hiring cycles: draft JDs, source candidates, schedule interviews, consolidate evaluations, and coordinate offers/onboarding (via HRIS such as SumHR).Keep organizational documents, access controls, and offboarding playbooks up to date.Travel & EventsPlan and optimize complex domestic/international travel—including flights, hotels, and visa logistics.Ensure accurate rewards tracking and GST documentation.Coordinate conference outreach, vendor/speaker management, and budget tracking.General OperationsHandle vendor onboarding, contract paperwork, and digital signatures.Track insurance renewals, payment recoveries, and operational SLAs.Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).Treasury & Payroll BackupAct as the “checker” in maker–checker payment flows; execute basic banking templates when required.Run compliance and due-date checklists for payroll, TDS, GST, and PT in coordination with CA partners.Quant Trading Operations SupportManage tickets and vendor SLAs for trading tools and platforms.Coordinate timely interactions between Treasury and margin operations to ensure smooth handoffs.Who You AreA structured, detail-obsessed executor with strong follow-through.Comfortable balancing admin precision with operational judgment.Experienced in managing cross-functional workflows and executive-level communication.Prior exposure to finance, trading, or startup environments is a plus.What to do nextEmail your resume to hello@peopleculturehr.com or rahul@peopleculturehr.com
