Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Primary Arts Teacher to join our team. The candidate should have a strong background in visual arts and a genuine love for teaching young children. She will be responsible for fostering creativity and artistic expression in students from Grades 1 to 5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate art curriculum and lesson plans.
  • Teach various art techniques including drawing, painting, collage, and craftwork.
  • Encourage creativity and self-expression among students.
  • Organize student artwork displays and exhibitions within the school.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with other teachers for cross-curricular projects and school events.
  • Ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts / Visual Arts / Art Education or a related field.
  • B.Ed. qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
  • Creative, patient, and enthusiastic.
